The price is moving sideways trying to reach its target level at the median pitchfork line. It is between the MA lines that give us the continual sideway move.
MACD is below 0 and seems like trying to get down.
If price goes above the resistance 13.720 it may come up higher to test the upper pitchfork line at about 13.960.
If price goes below the support at 13.483 its target will be the median pitchfork line at about 13.320.
